Product Manager for Indemnity Insurance
Working Environment: Own office
Key Responsibilities: Finance
Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, annual report and accounts
Responsible for:
o Treasury Management (cash flow management)
o Financial Planning including cash flow forecast, budgets etc
o Internal financial controls
o Management of Accounts Department staff and all functions therein
o Producing management accounts
o Payroll
o Management of Directors Loan Accounts and
Salaries
o Management of debtors
Provision of financial reports to the Board and Management Team
Support and advice on financial matters
Continually reviewing and updating of all accounting systems and procedures
Pension Scheme
Management of Company Stakeholder Pension Scheme
Indemnity Insurance
To act as Product Manager for the Indemnity Insurance service stream ensuring monthly declarations and returns are submitted in a timely manner.
Company Insurances
Responsibility for ensuring all company insurance, contracts and agreements are in place in a timely manner
Purchasing
Responsibility for:
o Negotiating major contract renewals
o Financing and purchasing of capital items
o Compilation, implementation and maintenance of the Company’s purchasing procedure
Any other duties as required by a Director

To pay staff
To pay aged creditors and staff expenses
Product Manager Responsibilities
Ensure the client is working within the bounds of the FSA,
Keeping all documentation relating to the product up to date at all times
Adhering to the processes we have set out for delivering this service
Develop and maintain pricing policies for the product.
