We are seeking a candidate who is fluent in German. It would be advantageous if in addition you spoke either French or Spanish.
Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, be PC literate, and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Principle Responsibilities:-
• Telephone support for both new and existing customers.
• Process orders received via various communication channels.
• A proactive approach to customer retention.
• A comprehensive understanding of the Company’s products and business model.
• A willingness to promote the Company at events/visits in both the UK and Europe. What an opportunity!
• Offer additional support to all areas of the business.
• Assist the Company in maintaining its goal of world class customer service.
• A general understanding of Microsoft software, specifically Excel, would be preferred but not essential.
• The ability to navigate external courier websites to resolve parcel queries.
